It has established a vibrant and well-oiled Corporate Resource Centre, which deals with grooming students in facing placements interviews as well as liasoning with industry. The questions around package and companies are useless unless you specify a domain/discipline (too broad, no insight). Several graduates tend to start their own studio. According to LinkedIn, 377 out of 3500 graduates are Entrepreneurs (Nowhere close to the 60% stat by Submit Shah, but I hope he can give some source). Popular companies (based on number of NIDians employed) are Cognizant, Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, Samsung, Godrej, HFI etc. All your main/sub questions lead to one destination that is how much money you can earn after graduating from NID. If you that's the only concern you have then start your own business to earn. NID won't

It has turned into a private university recently in 2015. It offers different courses in design related to engineering industry. And like all five fingers are not same so the students are. Thus instead of thinking what placement opportunities are given to students in India after completing B. Des from DIT University, we should make yourself best to be placed in all sort of fields. That is either given by college in f
