Well, tools for testing software have a reduced demand whereas tools for testing web applications have seen an increasing demand.
That's why tools like Selenium, QTP, TestComplete are doing well. But, even here, Seleniu

The ITSM career path is categorized into 4 basic differentiators: Service Strategy and Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Project Management.
While most senior level positions fall into the category of senior strategy and design, entry-level positions are held in the project management and service operation categories (IT Support and Service Desk technician, respectively). Mid-level managerial roles (which can also be further prioritised hierarchically) are spread across all four categories.
To raise the ladder from the entry-level to the senior-most managerial levels, bagging the different levels of certification in ITIL

Mainframe computing - Flexible infrastructure that can support virtualized environments; scalable support for big data analytics and new applications; simple migration processes; and reduced total cost of ownership compared to a private cloud. The advantage of mainframe computing is higher reliability. If an internet connection goes down, or if the host servers go down, the client will be unable to access its data.
Cloud Computing - Scattered across many individual servers; cloud can be accessed from anywhere, businesses can increase access to the server as they grow simply by adding further clients. They can even extend this access to

CCC is just a certificate course to understand the very basics of computing. It includes the knowledge about:
What is hardware?
What is software?
What are number systems?
What is a spreadsheet?
What is a word processor?
etc.
O-Level has something different from that of the syllabus of CCC. Moreover, O-level is equivalent to Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (Polytechnic Diploma of 3 years). Obviously, it is not that easy but it is worthy to pursue it.
C-Programming is the major part of it.
Multimedia, ICT, etc. are other parts.
