There are slight changes that are being brought in by the University for ECA and sports category.
The press release stated this : The Delhi University UG admission 2021-22 will be done without any offline or online trial or competition. “Admissions under these supernumerary seats will be done based on the merit/participation certificates of the applicants. Only for this year, the applicants will be allowed to upload certificates of the preceding four years (1st May 2017 – 30th April 2021).

It depends on the cutoffs that the university releases. Generally, it remains around 97-99% so it might be difficult for you to get in. However, keep an eye on the cutoffs for this year.
