Admission to SRCC is only possible through the CUET exam.
If you forgot to register for CUET, then unfortunately you cannot get admission to SRCC this year.
There is no other way or direct admission option.
You will have to wait for the next admission cycle and apply through CUET next year.

SRCC admissions are entrance-based and candidates are required to participate in the admission process to secure a seat:
Step 1: Apply for CUET and appear for the same.
Step 2: Candidates who clear the SRCC shortlist are called for the next admission rounds.
Step 3: CSAS list is released.
Step 4: After accepting the offer, a course fee must be paid.

There is a possibility that you have passed the CUET application date (normally, March/April). The most suitable thing to do is to check the DU CSAS portal whether there is a chance of admission or try next year for CUET.
