You can secure your admission somewhere else if you're getting there and then you can always try for 3rd and 4th rounds and institute level seats.

SIES does accept MAT scores. You can contact the general office of SIESCOMS, they will assist you with the application.

You don't really have to submit your scores because you will now be selected on the basis of your performance in your GD-PI. If you still want to submit it, you must come to the college and submit.
