Yes, you are definitely eligible for PGDM course. You will be called for GD/PI. Weightage for score is 50% while the remaining 50% is divided into GD/PI performance, academic scores, past experiences, etc.

Very good chances for PGDM provided you do well in your GD/PI. Bleak chances for MMS if you don't fall under the minority category.

ILS seats are distributed on merit basis. You'll have to appear for CET to secure admission.

This year, we have had companies who offered placements abroad. Wait for the final placement report to be published on the website.

In the form against the CET marks, you can write as "appearing". You have to just submit the score card after the result is displayed in the office.
The deadline usually gets extended till March end every year. But I would suggest you to call the above number and clarify it.
