The MBA and PGDM programs offered by Bangalore's Sindhi Institute of Management (SIM) emphasize industrial preparedness. Although the placement support is praiseworthy, the results of the placements differ in practice. Some students have landed jobs at Dell, JP Morgan, HDFC Life, KPMG, and other respectable firms.
However, wage packages and placement figures are not always made public. The biggest wage package offered, according to anecdotal sources, was ?2.5 LPA. The fact that every person's experience is unique should not be overlooked.

Both of these colleges have a good placement rate. Considering various factors like, companies involved and top recruiters, it can be concluded that GEMS B School has better placements than SIM. The school has partnerships with about 320 well-known companies that offer job placement and internship programs, and a total of 2,650 students have been placed at best-in-class salaries, both domestically and internationally.
