With 75% in PCM via NIOS, you meet the 50% eligibility for most SNDT University undergraduate programs. You can apply for B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, IT, Maths), B.Tech (CSE, ECE), and B.Ed (after graduation).
Unfortunately, SNDT doesn't offer an integrated MCA? +? B.Ed combo. For MCA, you need Maths in 10+2 or graduation, and for BCA, Maths in 10+2 is mandatory

Yes, SNDT college Pune does refund fees, the criteria for the same is
1. If a student opts to withdraw from SNDT College Pune within 15 days from admission.
2. The refund will only cover fees excluding the college development fund.
if this criteria is not meet fee will not be given back to the student.
