BTech programme are offered in six specialisations, including Computer Science & Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science, and, Artificial Engineering. Admission to these specialisations are based on candidates performance in the entrance exams: JEE Main and MH CET. Also qualifying the eligibility criteria is mandatory, i.e., : Twelve years of school education with 45 % aggregate (40% for reserved category).

The seat intake for BTech CSE at SNDT College is 60. BTech programme is offered via the SNDT's affiliated college Mittal Institute of Technology (UMIT). BTech admission is based on candidates' performance in the national and state-level entrance exams such as JEE Main and MH CET. To get admssion in LLB at SNDT College candidates must clear the admission process. LLB admission is based on the entrance exam MH CET Law or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test conducted by the State CET Cell. Candidates qualifying the exam can take admission on the basis of original certificates. However, before applying candidates must check the LLB eligibility criteria, i.e, bachelor's degree in any stream conducted by any recognised University, Institution or Board, with minimum 45% marks as prescribed by Bar Council of India.

The cut off marks in JEE Main for the general categories at Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University (SNDTWU) is around 60 - 70.
The 2022 cut off for the general category for MH-CET-LAW at SNDT was 93–94 marks. The 2023 cut off for the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course was 86.73.
To be eligible for admission to SNDT University, students must have passed a three-year government-recognized Diploma program. Students who pass the University Entrance Test (UET) conducted by the Centre for Distance Education (CDE) are eligible to join the programme through distance mode. UET passing is valid for two years
