Hello Pakeeza, No, you are not eligible for Sociology because you have completed your Masters in Human resource, so you can appear in UGC NET Management or HR. Besides this eligibility you need to fulfil the other criteria too. NTA divides the eligibility criteria into two parts:
1. The educational criteria I. e. to secure minimum 55% (General category) or 50% (SC/ST/OBC/Transgender) in your Post Graduation.

Eligiblity for MA in sociology are:
-Graduation degree in any stream
-students from Science must have 60% or above in their graduation
-Minimum pass percentage require varies from 45-50%.
