Two different domains that cannot be compared. It's like comparing apples and oranges. While software testing involves finding errors in a software programme and ensuring it delivers to certain benchmarks, networking involves setting up, administration and management of a network infrastructure. Both have their pros and cons. While networking has been in the market for a long time, it provides an evergreen job opportunity with, however, not-so-decent salary package. Improve your testing skills and communication skills. Make a good resume and apply on Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. You can also do ISTQB Level 1 certification. If you clear the level 1 exams, your credibility as a tester will increase and companies will consider you as a good testing resource. All the best.
