IIIT Sonepat 2025 cutoff has been released for admission to various BTech specialisations on the basis of JEE Main scores. The cutoff was released category-wise for candidates belonging to the All India quota. Among the candidates belonging to the All India quota, the round 1 cutoff ranks varied between 27194 and 30680.
