No, B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering is not offered by IIIT, Sonepatas. As of now only two specialisatipons are offered:-
- CSE (Computer Science and Engineering)
- IT (Information Technology)
These two are the only options available for undrgraduate and PhD programme.

Yes, Ph.D. in CSE for working professionals is offered at IIIT Sonepat, we sometimes see Ph.D. interns and students working with senior Professors and HODs.
They get their Research Interns either with someone within College Faculty or sometimes even outside like IIT Patna, IIT Delhi etc.

The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sonepat (IIIT, Sonepat) is an Indian Institute of Information Technology in Sonepat, Haryana. The Institute doesn't have a dormitory facility of its own. ZRM Operations Private Limited / CoHo is the hostel agency.
Hostel Fees: INR 12000/- (including taxes) per month per student, payable in advance in two installments, meaning INR 72,000 multiplied by the number of semesters in the academic year (2 Semester/year) to get INR 1,44,000 (containing the following amenities). A security deposit of INR 5000 must be paid in advance by the student to cover any misuse or damage to the hostel's amenities. After you leave, you get your money back.
