SoT, Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) Courses

SOT Pandit Deendayal Energy University offers three-year/ four-year and five-year integrated BSc and BSc (Hons) programmes in four disciplines to candidates. These specialisations are as follows:

• BSc (Hons) in Mathematics
• BSc in Data Science 
• Integrated BSc plus MSc
• BSc (Hons) 

Students pursuing the BSc (Hons) Mathematics programme offered at SOT PDEU are required to study some of the following subjects during the entire duration of the programme as mentioned below:

• Calculus- I/ Basic Mathematics- I
• Chemistry- I
• Introduction to Computer Science
• Environmental Science
• Analytic Geometry
• Object Oriented Programming With JAVA LAB
• Partial Differential Equations
• Applied Statistics
• Internet of Things Lab etc.

SOT PDEU BSc curriculum is divided into semester-pattern. Aspirants are required to study core and elective subjects throughout the programme and apart from this, a number of seminars also take place throughout the programme.

SOT, Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) BTech, MTech, BSc, MSc and PhD courses in several Engineering specialisations related to the Energy streams, for example, Nuclear energy, Solar energy, Petroleum energy, etc. Admission to these courses is based on scores of national-level entrance exams. Candidates can apply for UG programmes after completing Class 12. Graduation is required to apply for PG courses.
