The university also has both indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students. It has one playground with a football and running track. BU has an indoor stadium with 4 badminton courts, table tennis, a volleyball court and a basketball court. The sports department of Bundelkhand University also provides professional sports training to the students and encourages them to participate in state, regional and national-level sports events.

DU admissions offer Sports and ECA quota admissions to students who excel at their chosen sport or extra-curricular skill. According to the official guidelines, the weightage allotted for the CUET test is 25%, while the certificates and trials as part of the Sports/ECA quota have a weightage of 75%. Hence, students must be properly prepared for both the stages of admission.

Candidates who have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for BSc programme at Symbiosis School of Sports Sciences. There is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate for SC/ ST candidates. Aspirants belonging to SC/ ST category can apply for BSc with 45% aggregate. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

If you are looking for colleges with good sports and extracurriculars for girls, check out places like LSR (Delhi), Symbiosis (Pune), Christ University (Bangalore), and Amity University.
