Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya has infrastructure for both indoor and outdoor sports. It has a 400-metre synthetic International Class II certified track, a football pitch, a hockey field, a cricket ground, basketball courts, tennis courts, floodlit volleyball courts, and handball courts. David Gill, former CEO of Manchester United from 2003-2013 and Vice President of English Football Association, notably earned a BCom in Industrial, Economic and Business Studies in 1978.
Gill has also served as Vice President of FIFA under leadership of then president Sepp Blatter and is famous name among fans of English Football (Premier League).

The MSc in Sports Management course at Coventry University is 1 year. This course is set to include the criteria set by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) for the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. For full-time international students, the annual fees for this course is £18,600 (Around INR 22 lakh). Typically, to take admission to this course, students are required to have an Undergraduate degree 2:2 or above or international equivalent in any discipline. Yes, HITAM offers sports scholarships to BTech students. The scholarships are given to the students who are participants/achievers in the state-level sports competition. However, the amount of scholarships is greater for the candidates who are winners. The scholarships provided based on sports achievements are as follows:
- State-level winners/participants in academic competitions like Mathematics Olympiad, Science Olympiad, National Science Fair or exhibitions (Winners shall be given more weightage).
- State-level winners/participants in sports (Winners shall be given more weightage).
