During the selection process, the university gives 50% weightage to HSC score and 50% to the performance of the aspirants in the personal interview round. Aspirants need to pass HSc examination with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST candidates) and English as passing subject to apply for Sri Balaji University Pune BCA programme. Candidates with a three-year diploma degree from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent aftee Class 10 can also apply.
Aspirants with two-year diploma course in Pharmacy from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent can also apply for BCA.

A candidate who meets the following admission criteria can apply to Sri Balaji University for the MBA programme of his/her choice. A candidate desirous of admission to the MBA programme should :
Be a UGC-recognized university graduate with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category).
Students currently in the final year of their graduation and confident of securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks may also apply for the MBA courses. The admission committee may give more weightage to higher marks in graduation.
