Candidates who have passed a UGC-recognised bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for Sri Balaji University Pune MBA programme. There is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate for reserved category candidates. Students currently in the final year of their graduation and confident of securing a minimum of 50% aggregate may also apply for the MBA programme.

The total fee for Sri Balaji University BCA programme is INR 4 lakh. The fee includes academic fee of INR 30,000 and excludes hostel fee of INR 91,500. Candidates can pay the total fee in eight installments. Aspirants have to pay the course fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat in the university.

Yes, candidates can get admission without entrance exam scores. Candidates who apply for courses such as BBA, BA, BSc BCA and BPES do not need to pass entrance exam and are selected based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. Such aspirants have to pass a personal interview round for admission. However, admission to all other courses require qualifying any of the accepted entrance exam.

Sri Balaji University conducts SBEST for admission to MBA and Law programmes. Candidates who have appeared for any of the national or state-level accepted entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CUET, CLAT, MAH CET, etc. are exempted from appearing for SBEST.
The university also conducts SBUP PET for admission to PhD programme. The test is conducted in online mode for 60 minutes. The test includes two-sections with first section of 30 minutes consisting of question on Research Aptitude and second section with questions on topic of Management.
