Apart from Science students, students with the background of Commerce as well as Humanities can pursue BCA. In order to get admission in BCA in most of the colleges/universities, the student should have scored a minimum aggregate of 45% or 50% marks (whichever is specified by the college or university) in 12th class.

There are 2-3 counsellings under BCA in which you get your seat according to your class 12 marks. If you have a good percentage you might get selected for the first counseling otherwise you could go as far as 4 counseling depending on the number of students. After you get selected you will get a message to pay your semester fee which is around RS 22000. The Moment you pay the fee you will get your roll number for that year. That is, now look ahead to going to your college.
