More than 70 undergraduate and graduate courses, along with a number of Diploma and certificate programs, are available at Sri Venkateswara University (SV University). SV University Tirupati offers prominent programs like BTech and MSc among them. A variety of admission tests at the federal and state levels are used to choose candidates. Candidates seeking admission to the BTech course at Sri Venkateswara University must take an entrance exam. The university accepts the scores of various national and state-level entrance exams. The exams are AP EAMCET and AP ECET. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria too. The criteria is that the candidate must have passed Class 12 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.

Sri Venkateswara University (SV University) offers 72 undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of Humanities and Social Sciences, Law, Science, Engineering, Accounting and Commerce, Information Technology and Software, and Management Studies, as well as a number of Diploma and certificate programmes. SV University has 5 constituent colleges, such as College of Arts, Science, Commerce, Management and Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Engineering. For several PG courses, the SV University administers the Common Entrance Exams (SV University CET), and for research programmes, the RECET.
