Candidates can use black ink pen/black ball-point pen for filling up the Part-A of Side 1, Part-B of Side I and Side 2 of the answer sheet. Candidates need to handover the answer sheet after the exam gets over. Answer sheets and question papers are supplied inside the examination hall. Any candidate who does not hand over answer sheet or is found to attempting to take answer sheet out of the examination hall will be disqualified and the Commission will take further action against him as per rule.

Travelling cost is not offered to candidates appearing for written examination. They must reach the exam centre on time. Candidates should check the location of the exam centre one day before the exam. They should reach the exam centre on time.

No request for change of centre will be considered later under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to select SSC CPO exam centres carefully. SSC reserves the right to cancel any centre and ask the candidates to appear from another centre.

Candidates are not allowed to carry the following items to the SSC CPO exam centre such as Books, Pens, Electronic items, calculators, headphones etc. Those carrying these are not allowed to appear for the exam.
