Candidates need to fulfill SSC GD physical eligibility in terms of height and weight to get shortlisted for appointment. The SSC GD height requirement is different for male and female candidates. The required SSC GD height for male is 170 cms. On the other hand, the SSC GD Physical height for female candidates is 157 cms. However, there is relaxation in SSC GE Height for SC/ST/others. Yes, there is physical test in the SSC GD Constable exam. Candidates who clear the SSC GD exam (CBE) are called to appear for the physical test which is conducted by the CRPF. The SSC GD physical test comprises following process:
- Candidates need to fulfill SSC GD height/ weight requirement and undergo measurement of height, weight and chest as mentioned in the official notification
- Candidates need to perform a race within the given SSC GD running time limits.

The SSC GD cut off 2025 of the PET/ PST was released on October 13, 2025. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announced the SSC GD result 2025 soon along with the cutoff marks and merit list of candidates shortlisted DV/ DME. The SSC GD 2025 cut off is released state-wise, force-wise and category-wise for males and females. The SSC GD Constable cut off marks of the CBE was released on June 17, 2025.

The SSC GD answer key is released within four to five days of the exam. However, the SSC does not announce the answer key release date by the Commission. The SSC GD 2026 key PDF will be released at ssc.gov.in.

Yes, the Commission releases the SSC GD question paper along with the tentative answer key and response sheet on the official website soon after the conduct of the exam. Candidates can download the SSC GD answer key, question paper and response sheet by logging into their registered accounts.
