Staff selection commission has recently released the notification (F. No.3/6/2018- P&P-II) for filling up the JE (Civil, Mechanical Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) vacancies for various Departments/ Organizations in the Government of India. The posts are purely belongs to Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works. Hence, there is no scope of Electronics & Comm. Engineering. So, you can not apply for these posts.

Eligibility criteria is divided into various sub sections like educational qualifications, age limit and nationality and eligibility varies from position to position.
