No, the result for the Staff Selection Commission Junior Engineer (SSC JE) varies as per the categories (UR/SC/ST/EXS/PwD/EWS) of the candidates. The Commission prepares the separate list for each category and the result is based on the cut off prepared for that category. The candidates are selected from their category list according to their performance, as the Commissions distributes the number of vacancies according to the categories. No, SSC JE result is released in online mode only on the official website of the commission. The Commission do not make any communication regarding the result other than its official release. The candidates are required to check their result online only in the official pdf. The candidates can download the SSC JE result pdf for future reference.

Yes, it is mandatory to appear for both paper 1 and 2 of SSC JE exam. Both the papers are compulsory as the Paper 1 is conducted to shortlist the candidates for mains exam and is qualifying in nature. On the other hand, the paper 2 (mains) exam is conducted to shortlist candidates for the  Document verification.
 
The final cut off released on the basis of the marks obtained in the paper 2 exam and the document verification. The candidates securing the marks equal to or more than the cut off marks is considered qualified for the exam and gets recruited as per the preferences made by the candidates.

SSC JE exam is conducted every year. Each paper (I and II) of SSC JE exam is held once a year. SSC JE exam is conducted to recruit the Engineers for the Central Government departments and the Central Public Sector Enterprises. The candidates who clear the SSC JE paper 1 are called for the SSC JE paper 2.

SSC JE age limit varies as per the post applied by a candidate. However, it varies from 21 years to 32 years. SSC JE age limit is mentioned in the official notification of the exam. The SSC JE exam is conducted in two stages - Paper-I Paper-II. The candidates are required to appear and clear both the phases of exam. The final merit list will be prepared after adding the marks of paper 1 and 2.

Yes, the SSC JE service preference form is released on the regional websites. The candidates are required to fill out the service preference form and submit it to the regional website. As per the service preference, the candidates will be assigned to the departments where the Document Verification will be conducted.
