Hi Sreedevi,
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducted the Stenographer Grade 'C' and 'D' Examination 2024 on 10th and 11th December 2024. The tentative answer keys were released on 16th December 2024.
As per the latest updates, the SSC Stenographer Result 2024 is expected to be announced in January 2025.

The difficulty level of the SSC Stenographer exam and the SSC CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level) exam varies in terms of the subjects tested, but generally, the SSC CHSL exam is considered to be more challenging than the SSC Stenographer exam for the following reasons:

At times due to the heavy load at the server, the admit card page takes time to load. Candidates are advised to keep patience and then download SSC Stenographer admit card. Candidates should enter the login credentials correctly inorder to download SSC Stenographer admit card.

SSC Stenographer admit card is released online on the official website. The hard copy of the admit card is not sent to candidates by post. Candidates can download their admit cards by logging with registration number or roll number, date of birth or password.

Candidates can get their SSC Stenographer admit cards online only. There is no facility to download the admit card offline. The hall ticket can be downloaded by logging with User ID and password. The hard copy of the admit card is not to candidates by post.

There are no specific books for skill test but the candidates can refer Speed Writing Modern Shorthand: An Easy to Learn Note Taking System, by Baker Heather, or Get Started In Shorthand Pitman.
