Yes sure, you can apply for M.Sc. In Mathematics after BCA. You must have a studied Mathematics in your graduation, if you are studied mathematics as subjects then you are eligible to apply for Master degree programme in Mathematics. You can also apply course like MBA, MCA.

If you want to do B.Sc. In Statistics then you must have completed 10+2 with subjects Physics Chemistry and mathematics. For B.Sc. Statistics a minimum of a 50% grade from a recognised school in india is required.
