Hi,
IELTS or TOEFL is not required in Singapore if you passed out from an English medium school. But confirm the same from the university.

Hi Arjun,
The question is confusing. What do you want to study and where? Not every country and program requires a GMAT or GRE. Mention details.

Hi Chung Ping,
You don't qualify to study abroad with your score. A minimum of 55% is required to pursue higher studies abroad. Universities won't accept your score. Poor ranked universities might as well give you an admission but chances of visa rejection are high.
