Australia is the best destination for engineering studies, however, it is expensive. You can also take a look at Canada.

Hello,
You will require a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and take the GRE to be eligible for the admissions. You should be giving TOEFL/IELTS and have good academics in your undergrad degree with least backlogs. Besides, you should have a strong statement of and letter of recommendation

Hi Suyash,
There will be a minimum effect since you have a strong profile overall. However, this will depend on the selectivity standard of the universities and the kind of profiles applying that is your competitors. Your SOP and LORS will also be taken into account.
Good luck.

Hello,
Entrance exam required is the GRE and TOEFL for Master's degree courses in USA. Taking the GRE and TOEFL will not guarantee a place at Harvard, however, one of the top ranking universities and highly competitive. They seek all rounders hence prepare accordingly.
