Yes you can provide your IELTS scores for admission purposes, but check with the university website once if they accept IELTS scores or not. Most universities do accept them, so you should be fine.

It is hard to answer this question on a country-wide level. This comparison can be made only between universities. So if you have specific universities in mind from both these countries, it will be easier to answer.

You don't need to pursue any additional diploma to study MS. Your undergraduate years count for the required years to education. Many Canadian universities and colleges accept 15 years of education, so check the eligibility requirements of your course on the college website.

SAT is an entrance test required to get admission abroad. You need to check with the university or colleges of your choice to see if they require general SAT or SAT subject test.

5 band is a little low score. Even if you get accepted to a university with this score, you might face problems during your visa interview as the visa official may reject your application based on your IELTS band.

If you perform well in your field, you can obviously get a good job. A friend of mine did the same, and he succeeded.
Best of luck.

Germany and Poland are some good options. GMAT for your information is not an English proficiency test. However you can take GRE instead of GMAT for MBA admissions.
