Yes, the university has various residence halls for providing accommodation options to national and international students.

Residential Halls

The residence halls include One Court Street, 10 West Street, Smith Hall, Nathan R. Miller Hall, and Modern Theatre Residence Hall. The Nathan R. Miller residence hall has 345 beds, 150 Tremont Street has 455 beds, 10 West Street has 281 beds, and the Modern Theatre residence hall has 205 beds.

While most of the US universities accept undergraduate applications through the Common Application Portal, Suffolk University accepts both undergraduate as well as graduate applications directly from its online admission portal. What students need to do is, visit the said portals and follow the instructions online.

Suffolk University welcomes students with GPAs as low as 3.24. It's fine to be a B-average student with a few A's thrown in. If you took certain Andhra Pradesh or IB subjects, your weighted GPA will increase and you will demonstrate your capacity to attend college classes. Undergraduate students (full or part-time) must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0. Quantitative criteria. To graduate, graduate students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above. Honours. Graduate students do not receive graduation honours.

To be eligible for the International Suffolk Executive MBA (SEMBA) Scholarship, applicants must be classified as Overseas for fee purposes, have applied for an undergraduate or postgraduate-taught programme at the Ipswich campus, have applied to commence studies in the 2025/6 academic year, and be studying on a full-time basis. Additionally, the university offers automatic scholarships of up to £2,000 for international students meeting or exceeding the entry requirements, as well as International Merit Scholarships of £1,000 or £2,000 for applicants based on their academic performance.

According to the University of Suffolk's website, a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 80, with no subscore lower than 17, or a minimal TOEFL Essentials overall band score of 8.5. For IELTS, a minimum score of 6.5. For Duolingo English Test (DET), A minimum score of 105 is required for full admission, along with specific subscores and for PTE-Academic, A minimum score of 54 is required.
