ADMISSION Process followed for a course in BMS:
Reputed institutes rely on merit based admission process. Such institutes make use of relevant entrance test to select deserving candidates. Some institutes are also known to conduct their own qualifying test in order to select deserving candidates. Some other institutes are also known to conduct direct as well as donation based admission process. Regards.

If you're opting for Computer Science, MNNIT Allahabad is a better choice because of it's placements and amazing senior junior interaction and in other measures too NIT Allahabad is far better than NIT Surat. Best of luck.

For CEPT, you need to score nearly between 110120 or above because you are from CBSE. So if you average out both your NATA and your score in boards, you will get around 100-110 which is pretty good for you and the chances are really higher for you getting into CEPT. So, your chances are high of getting admission here.
Good luck.

I'm not sure whether you have this information of not IIIT B is an International Institute of IT, unlike all other Indian Institute of IT. It is like a small brother to IIIT-Hyderabad. Being private, it will cost a little (80k more per annum), but in Bangalore, if you want CSE, come to the Silicon Valley itself. Every Professor, Assistant or Associate

You can join IIT Surat. Scope wise, you would get the opportunity to sit in placement with SVNIT guys because it will not be established till then and the best part is that you can join this institute at low ranks!
You can join it through counseling but all depend on you.

CSE in NIT-Bhopal is better than chemical engineering in Surat, no matter that NIT-Surat is far better than NIT-Bhopal, but taking core branch is highly beneficial than taking a non-core branch.
