You have a good score but actually thing what matter is your performance in GD/PI where GD& PI holds 70% of importance in your admission whereas 30% is only given to academics.

The answer is no, because whole marks are put in consideration at last after completion of admission process. Then, the best are been given the admission according to their performance. So, giving GD/PI before or at last doesn’t make a difference.

First, you get admission and then you can apply for a scholarship.
Kindly check the eligibility criteria.
It is very difficult to get a scholarship. Still you can try.
