Could you tell me about the GE-PI-WAT process at SIOM? How do I prepare for it?

From my last year's experience for GE you will be given a case and you have to discuss the same. For WAT you will be given a generic topic just to see your writing skill. PI will be based on your resume and the document you submitted.

Dear Sumit, I'm not sure if you could get a call from a good Symbiosis college with this score. I'd rather suggest you to go for another chance next year and get some Workex in the meantime. This would further enhance your profile. All the best!

The fees for SIOM goes around Rs 14.5 lakhs. Does the college help in getting education loan?

College will provide the necessary documents, which can be used for the application of loan and SIOM is having tie-up with some banks in Nashik.

Based on your last year's cutoff, you might get a call from SIOM but not from SIBM, Bangalore.

Yes, they do. Our last year's statistics show a 91% placements because the remaining students opted out of the process due to the existence of their own personal businesses.

If you are looking for the operations specialisation, SIOM would be the best choice. Sydenham doesn't offer a specialised course on operations. But they do have that as a course in PDGM options.
