Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling 2025 is the process through which eligible candidates are allotted MBBS and BDS seats in medical and dental colleges of Tamil Nadu based on their NEET 2025 scores. The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Tamil Nadu conducts the counselling for 85% state quota seats, while MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) handles the 15% All India Quota.

CMC Vellore offers admission to the UG and PG courses on the basis of various exams such as NEET, Tamil Nadu NEET PG, Tamil Nadu PG medical. To get admission to CMC Vellore for MBBS through NEET was 84 in the last round, for the General Home State category candidates. 

CMC Vellore Tamil Nadu PG medical cutoff 2024 was ranged between 96 and 4068 among the General HS category candidates, in the last round. 

For admission to the college through Tamil Nadu NEET PG, the closing cutoff ranks was 84 for the General HS category candidates, in the last round.

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Tamil Nadu, has released the Government Quota (GQ) virtual vacancies list for round 3 of NEET PG counselling. A total of 31 seats are displayed on the Round 3 GQ Virtual Vacancy List for DMER Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling 2024.

The MCC will announce the stray vacancy round NEET PG 2024 counselling result on February 19, 2025. Candidates must register and declare their choice of college and course online for seat allotment.

The Tamil Nadu NEET second round counselling dates have been published on the official website. The registration process opened on November 25, 2024, and will close on November 26, 2024. Choice filling and locking for the counselling can be completed between November 27 and November 28, 2024. The seat allotment results for the Tamil Nadu NEET counselling will be announced on November 29, 2024. Candidates will be able to download their provisional allotment letters from November 29 to December 5, 2024.

According to the official website, the Tamil Nadu NEET counselling 2025 registration and choice filling had to be done till August 16, 2025. Applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria can apply online by visiting the official website. After the registration, authorities released seat allotment on August 18, 2025.

DMER, Chennai has announced dates for Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling 2025 round-3 registration. Registration can be done on official website, tnmedicalselection.net. Students could register for round-3 from January 15 to January 20, 2026. Other dates for round-3 seat allotment will be announced soon.

Yes, you can participate in the mop-up round even if u haven't participated in round-1 or round-2. However, you will have to fill the registration form first and then participate in the choice filling process. However, please remember the mop-up round will only be conducted if the seats remain vacant. In case the seats of the preferred college and course get filled in the first two rounds, then the third round will not be held.
