For taking admission in B.Tech, you must have done at least 3 years diploma after 10th in any branch of engineering.
Some colleges take admission through lateral entry exams like Joint Entrance Examination of lateral Entry (JELET), Diploma to Degree Entrance Competitive exam, etc. so you need to appear and crack these exams. Some colleges conducted their own entrance exam for getting entry.

After completing UG and PG in agriculture, there are ample opportunities in teaching, research and transfer of technology areas in ICAR, State Agricultural Universities, State Departments of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry and NGOs. Your marks are indeed good. But unfortunately students obtaining marks more than 90% are in tens of thousands. As the admissions this year are based on marks of class 12th, you will have to try your luck. There is no precedence and nobody for sure can guess also! But you must register for admission to Anna University.
