TANCET scores are valid for a period of one year. Candidates aspiring for admission in 2025-26 exam session can only use the TANCET 2025 scores for admission. Candidates who wish for an MBA Admission in any of the TANCET participating colleges in 2026-27 batch must appear for TANCET 2026. Irrespective of the 2025 score, DTE Tamil Nadu will not consider the TANCET 2025 scores for 2026 admission. Similarly, candidates planning to apply for MBA Admission in 2026-27 batch, must apply for the TANCET 2026 exam.

Congratulations on scoring 96 percentile in TANCET 2020. Based on your percentile score, you have a good chance of getting admission to MBA programs offered by Anna University, PSG Institute of Management, and University of Madras. However, the final admission decision will depend on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, and the cutoff scores in the respective colleges. Here are the previous year's cutoff scores for the MBA programme in these colleges:
Anna University: The expected cutoff for admission to Anna University is around 90 to 95 percentile. However, the cutoff may vary depending on t

Admission to MBA programs at the University of Madras and Anna University is based on various factors, including TANCET scores, academic records, and other criteria specific to each university. Hi,
If you have a score of 85 per cent in one of your exams, but your score is higher than 95 per cent of all students, then your percentile score will 96, as you have achieved better performance than 96 per cent of all students. TANCET Score and percentile score are different but they are both important. The cutoff is the minimum score that a candidate needs to secure in the exam for admission by participating institutes. TANCET cut off for top universities/colleges/institutes is expected to be between 35 and 70 for general category candidates.
