As you want admission in part time MBA. TANCET is Tamil Nadu Entrance exam which is conducted by Anna University on behalf of Tamil Nadu government. So, I am sad to inform you that in TANCET there is no correspondence course. TANCET provides only full time course. You can try it in some other universities. And they offers only regular course, if you want to do correspondence course, then there is no need for giving TANCET exams, you will get admission directly. The Minimum Eligibility to Apply is as below.
1. Qualification: class 12th with 50% marks
2. Mandatory Subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
Candidate must have passed 10+2 along with mandatory subjects from a recognized board/university or authority accepted by the syndicate of the Anna University as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply.
3. Age: Maximum 21 years
4. Other eligibility criteria:
Candidate who have given any other examination of any other authority accepted by the syndicate of the Anna University as equivalent thereto are also eligible to apply.
For candidates belonging to SC/ST, the age limit is relatable by three years

Generally, TANCET will be Conduct in the Month of May preferably in mid-month. TANCET scores are accepted by all over engineering and management colleges of Tamil Nadu. Admission is purely based on counselling by rank list and reservation basis. All the Best for your future.

Your MAT score is eligible to get admission in PSG. You have to apply for the college through our website, you will be called for interview and group discussion, if you prove your competence their then you can easily get through it. All the best.

Hi Sushma,I assume, as concession you are asking about the fee structure. PSGIM offers both MBA and PGDM with separate fee for MAT and CAT, which can be clarified by contacting the admission department. For TANCET 2018, the fee is INR. 4.5 Lacs it is subjected to change in 2019. All the best.

TANCET candidates cannot apply for PGDM course, as PGDM admissions are done for students who score through MAT exams. PGDM course requires 2 or more years of work experience. Freshers can apply for MBA-FT course.

TANCET applicants can only apply for MBA-Full Time or MBA-Part Time courses which are affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. For abroad courses, the candidate needs MAT exam score of 600 or above. In that case, you can be granted admission to MBA-University of Toledo, USA or MBA-Hof university, Germany. In these two courses, you have the option of pursuing the courses in abroad.

Hello Uma,I think there is some misconception in your mind. Let me clarify. This is the entrance exam for many PG courses in Tamil Nadu that is conducted by Anna University on behalf of state government. If you want to take admission in any of the government or aided colleges in Tamil Nadu for PG course then you need to appear for this. Obviously fees will be less in these colleges. You can call this as benefit.
