This kind of thought mind according to as EDUCATION knowledge Evey one has right to take knowledge it not depend on which background from if you studied MBA in finance you must complete your graduation degree then you must give entrance exam then you can apply for it.

It depends on which college you choose. If you choose government college then your total amount for graduating B.Com is Rs 9000 but if you are doing B.Com from private college then your fees is Rs 9000 yearly.
