Hi Sunny,
There are many courses available. Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do
In regards to your question, whether there is any difference in Correspondence and Regular course, i would say it varies from one subject to the other also from one degree to the other. However in general a course through distance learning does not have as much value as the regular one so if you can do a regular course, it would hold a lot of importance and thus be a much better option. It is not correct to give open statements about settling abroad.You just plan for a study abroad and work for it.If you have good qualifications, you will get chances automatically.Countries are not encouraging immigration.They say that they allow you to study there.So you also plan for that in this early stage.

Both are regular courses since in India there is no institute to offer the correspondence program. You can also consider-
