1. Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage (CTET Paper-1): Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
2. Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII Elementary stage (CTET-Paper-2): Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). So from above, there is no specific about the graduation subjects, So you are eligible for both stages of teachers.

Masters Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects as Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/ Bio Sciences/ Genetics/ Micro Biology/ Bio-Technology/ Molecular Biology/ Plant Physiology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at Graduation level.
2. B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
3. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English Media.
