Yes, you can be eligible for PGT (Biology) of KVS, If meeting the below eligibility criteria. Eligibility criteria :
1. Masters Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects as Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/ Bio Sciences/ Genetics/ Micro Biology/
