Yes, you can pursue B.Ed. Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed is Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Any Bachelor's Degree holder can pursue B.Ed Programme. B.Ed. The degree is compulsory to become a teacher in secondary schools. The syllabi of B.Ed. Programme includes different training and teaching methods to ensure that qualified B.Ed teachers possess requisite proficiency in teaching. Hi,
The best subject to choose for UGC NET examination is the subject in which you have done your graduation and post-graduation because Paper 2 of the examination is totally a subject-oriented paper that you have chosen while filling up the application form of UGC NET. Good luck.

As per the CTET structure of Paper-II for classes VI-VIII, The Child development, Language-1, language-2 are compulsory subjects. While Mathematics and Science are for Math and Science teachers respectively and Social Studies/Social Science are for Social Study and Social Science teachers.
