No, a 3rd-year student is not considered to be eligible for appearing GATE. Previously, it was allowed even for a 3rd-year student to give the GATE exam. But, from the year 2012 onwards, the third-year students are restricted to give the GATE exam. But the scorecard is still valid for two years.

Select the link CTET 2019 Admit Card'. Enter the required credentials I. e. Application Number and Date of Birth / Password. Admit card will appear on the computer screen. Download the admit card and print two copies of it.
