As per the UGC norms, the candidates must have completed the Masters degree from the UGC approved university to be eligible for the UGC NET exam. The candidates must have fulfill the eligibility criteria like 55% aggregate marks in post graduation. There is no age limit for NET lectureship but the age must be below 30 years for NET JRF. You can check the complete details for eligibility at official website. As you have completed your master's degree form the UGC Approved university, you are eligible to apply for the exam.

Yes, do Ph.D. then do B.Ed complete and qualify tet/tgt. Apply when the vacancies are out. But better become professor in college rather than school teacher. You can apply to pvt. colleges as well after Ph.D.
