It depends on what course you choose. B.Ed is available in both the languages, you will have to check the prospectus of the course provided by the university to get the exact information.

The National Testing Agency has released the UGC NET Exam Result on its official site. Following are the available stats regarding the UGC NET Dec 2019 Exam and Result -
Number of candidates registered - 1034872
Number of candidates appeared - 793813
Number of candidates qualified for eligibility for Assistant Professor only - 60147
Candidates qualified for JRF & eligible for Assistant Professor - 5092
The Final Answer Key and Result have been released on the same day by NTA. Also keep visiting the official site of NTA for all the latest updates regarding the exam.

Hi,
Yes, you can do B.Ed. One way is to do Masters in the subject which will remove that problem. But it would be better to go for M.Sc. Ph.D. and professorship in college which is more rewarding.

Yes, you can pursue M.A. English after you complete B.A. English. But it would be better to go for M.Sc. Ph.D. and professorship in a college which is more rewarding.

Yes, you can write the UP B.Ed exam. Please check the prospectus for exact details regarding eligibility criteria. He chances of getting admission in UP colleges especially in Agra solely depends upon your ranking. Each state has a domicile reservation which will again be available in the prospectus.
