You should complete your Masters in English, then go for B.Ed and apply for CTET or stet for getting into a teaching profession.

For BEd you should complete your Bachelor's degree, then you can do B.Ed.

Yes, you can apply for B.Ed from IGNOU as you were primary teacher but first of all please check the eligibility as they ask for two-year experience. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria, then you can apply tor the same.
