Hello, To become a lecturer in college or institutes you have to clear the UGC NET Exam. B.Ed is for teachers level. The UGC NET Exam is for selecting the candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and for awarding Junior Research Fellowship. The National Testing Agency conducts this exam for all the postgraduates who wants to pursue their career in research and teaching fields. If you want to become a lecturer, then following is the required criteria that must be fulfilled. You must have secured at least 55% aggregate marks in postgraduation to appear in UGC NET Exam. There is no age limit to apply for UGC NET Assistant Professor Exam. You must have pursued postgraduation form a UGC Recognised University (https://scoop.eduncle.com/ugc-approved-universities)
The exam is conducted twice a year I. e. in June and December months. I hope it helps!
