Hello,Yes, you are eligible to appear in the UGC NET December 2019. You can also go for UGC NET Apply Online 2019 procedure by filling the form till 9th October 2019. But make sure you will qualify M.Com within two years otherwise after qualifying the JRF you will not be eligible to use UGC NET certificate. Here is no maximum age limit to pursuing B.Ed course but in general you can apply in between 21yr-35yr. The minimum eligibility required for this course is as under-
1. A Bachelor's degree through a recognised University.
2. Your graduation or post graduation marks must be hold above 50% & For SC/ST candidates the relaxation is upto 45% marks.
3. Only Arts and Science departments are eligible for B.Ed course. There are some institute provide B.Ed course for B.Com and BBA candidates. Every university conduct their own entrance exam for B.Ed candidate selection. But in General there is no use to go for B.Ed after 40 years of age as there

Hello,
Eligible for Admission and Registration for Ph.D programme provided he/ she has qualified:
Master's Degree of any recognized University/other qualification in a relevant field. The minimum qualifying marks are 55% at Post Graduation level (Relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Differently-Able and other categories. ), then in the Entrance Examination conducted by the University at the national level on the pattern of UGC followed by interview. Hello,
At least, 50% marks in the Bachelor's degree are required. Candidates, who are trained in-service teachers in elementary education, will be eligible to apply for the entrance exam and further for admission or who have completed an NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode may also apply. You can apply for the exam online by visiting the official website of university i.e. www.ignou.ac.in. Thank you.

Yes, you can do B.Ed after completing BCA. But, it is better to go for professorship in colleges.
