The minimum eligibility criterion required for a Master's degree is 50% aggregate in Bachelor's degree in any discipline. * Entrance Test Mode A candidate must have secured at least 60% or 1st division or equivalent CGPA in any Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in any subject. A candidate who wish to appear for UGC NET 2019 conducted by NTA must satisfy all the defined standards. NTA UGC NET Eligibility includes Age limit & educational qualification. Check the Age Limit for Lectureship & Assistant Professor
There is no age limit to appear for UGC NET lectureship. Below check the Age Limit for UGC NET JRF
Candidate's maximum age should not exceed than 28 years as on 1st Jan 2019. For SC/ST /OBC-NCL /PWD/women are provided 5 years of relaxation in age. The NTA has released the UGC NET Result 2019. You can check your result by visiting the official website of NTA UGC NET. To qualify this exam you have to clear the minimum cutoff marks. Once you qualify the UGC NET Exam, then it will be so easy to get a job as an Assistant Professor. Reservation is available for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and for other categories. So, it is a plus point for you. Best of luck.
