Yes, you have to attend the classes because attendance is compulsory. You should have 75 percentage attendance to sit in the exams.

Yes, you can apply for B.Ed after class 12th. If you are interested in going for the teaching field, you need to give common entrance test by NCERT to get admission for B.Ed after class 12th.

If you are pursuing B.Sc (Agriculture) - Four Year Duration Course and if the university/ College provides a Credit Based Choice System in which you have an option to choose Physical Education, then you can pick up that an optional subject.
