For B.Ed, there is a requirement of 50% marks in Bachelors. You approximate marks are 50.

Yes, you can still apply for B.Ed. Many colleges have entrance for B.Ed admissions. For PTET, you must have a teaching experience of 1-2 years through B.Ed or some education Diploma like D.El.Ed, DIET, etc.
